[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 2-17

Hello All,
 
Without Derek's southerly location or Dennis' ability to listen in around 1300, my short session from 1430-1445 here was dreary indeed. There was anemic audio from 693-JOAB, 972-HLCA and 1575-VOA in and out (mostly out), and ghostly carriers from several other big gun Asians. Like yesterday, the session was going nowhere during the predawn darkness and it seemed highly unlikely to improve with daylight-- so it was mercifully cut short at 1445.
