[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on February 6

Today's TP pattern was similar to the past few days - low band signals 
peaked early, 1300 +/- an hour.  High band peaked around 1500 +/- 10 
minutes.  Reception was down today all across the dial. Basically, I 
heard a few of the regulars, most of them just barely above the noise.


Good - Mostly understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly
1566    HLAZ, Chinese program 1507

Fair - A native speaker might've picked out a few words if they really 
worked at it
774    JOUB, time pips 1200, then language lesson
972    HLCA, Korean talk 1209 & 1331


Poor - No hope of deciphering anything from these guys
594    JOAK, very faint talk & pips 1400
693    JOAB, 1200 woman talking, pips, a few bars of music, more talk, 
very faint in CBU splash
747    bits of talk in 750 splatter 1256
828    JOBB weak talk &pips 1200
981    Faint talk 1241
1557    Music 1502
1575    Faint talk 1455
1593    Faint talk during microsecond pauses in KLFE audio 1515
