Listened off & on from 1343-1532 utc. Top station of the morning here was HLAZ 1566 with a S9+40db signal. VOA 1575 with good carrier, but very low audio all morning long until 1531 when signal improved to fair. 
594     JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1349 fair signal with man & woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 02/05/2014 

774     JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2  1353  weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. 02/05/2014

828     JAPAN, Osaka, JOBB NHK2 1343 very weak signal with man in Japanese. Sky wire. 02/05/2014

972     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA KBS 1357 very weak signal with woman talking. Moderate domestic splatter. NW ewe. 02/05/2014
1377   China, 1517 assuming the station with threshold audio and Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 02/05/2014

1458   CHINA, Nei Menggu 1557  assuming China with poor audio at times. Moderate domestic splatter. NW ewe. 02/05/2014
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1347 very weak signal with woman & man in Chinese. Excellent signal at 1459 with Chinese ID  NW ewe. 02/05/2014

1575   THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1500 good carrier, very low audio. Fair at 1531 with Burmese.  NW ewe. 02/05/2014
