[IRCA] WSAI 1360 Making it into WI Tonight

I can not remember the last time I have heard WSAI (or any of its predecessors) 1360 Cincinnati at night (maybe never), but tonight it is dominating the frequency. WSAI is 5 kw ND days and 5 kw directional nights. There signal has a huge null toward the entire Upper Midwest, so perhaps they are operating ND tonight or their night pattern is out of alignment. Format is sports talk, slogan Fox Sports Radio 1360.
