Thanks for your report this morning. 

A little earlier than you were listening (around 1450-1510) both the low and high band had some good signals here, with 603-China mixing with HLSA at a decent level before the 1500 TOH, and 1593-CNR1 fairly strong (in splatter) around 1455. Like you, I noticed 603-HLSA around 1530, but had nothi8ng on the high band at that time.

Listened from 1525-1543 utc. Only 3 stations with audio this morning. Kind of 
surprise that lower channel station HLSA 603 was one of them. 
 
603     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Namyang, HLSA 1530 very  weak signal with music. NW 
ewe. 02/04/2014  

1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1527 very weak signal with woman in 
Chinese.  NW ewe. 02/04/2014

1575  THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1533 poor signal with bits of audio. Man in Asian 
language. NW ewe. 02/04/2014
