[IRCA] TP 1 Feb, Victoria version

Definitely downhill from yesterday.   Very poor conditions from 1300 
to 1520UT, barring an occasional  blip on 774, and not much of an 
enhancement.  However, HLAZ hung in there (barely) to 1600UT, so the 
weak enhancement took awhile to die.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

no hope



Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

still wishful thinking


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:


774 JOUB man in JJ 1442UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1521UT, only overseas audio at the time
1566 HLAZ woman talking CC 1547UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

1287 JOHR? man talking, could have been JJ 1536UT
1575 VoA assumed, faint male talk 1548UT,  best on N. Flag



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):

747 828 1548 late, and seemed DU
