[IRCA] TP 30 Jan, Victoria version

An enhancement, but not too much of one, barring 1566, and virtually nothing from 1300 to past 1500UT

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

HLAZ man and woman in CC 1526, 1534UT, and various other times. Also noted fairly loud at end of JJ program 1344UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

HLAZ passing through

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1557 Taiwan? man talking and laughing CC, briefly this level 1518UT
1593 CNR1 man CC //6174 1534UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

603 HLSA likely, deep voiced man peeking through from time to time 1532UT
738 Tahiti? man and woman, FF inflection 1401UT
828 JOBB musical interlude leading to pips at 1300UT
1116 CNR5? female vocal mx 1529UT, then man talking CC inflection
1179 JOOR? snatches of androgynous vocal harmonies, western flavor 1509UT; excited talk man and woman, JJ inflection 1513UT
1287 JOHR? man talking, JJ inflection, 1521UT
1314 unID female vocal ballad 1348UT
1503 JOUK? traces of man talking 1528UT; big carrier, not much modulation

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

612 774 1278 1359 1413

best wishes,

Nick
