[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 1-29

Hello All,

The low band Asians finally broke out of their winter doldrums here this morning during a potent sunrise enhancement, as propagation finally seemed to favor the lower TP frequencies.

As usual the band showed little sign of Asian life around 1430, but by 1500 some weak but interesting signals from 603-HLSA and 657-Pyongyang were already showing up. The high band seemed rather quiet at the same time, with only 1566-HLAZ managing fair audio in and out. As sunlight increased the low band Asians went on a romp, with 594-JOAK (good), 603-HLSA (good, but with no Chinese co-channel), 639-CNR1 (poor-fair), 648-VOR (good) and 657-Pyongyang (good) hitting their peaks from 1525-1535 before collectively bailing out around 1540. The high band never enjoyed its typical propagation advantage this morning as only 1503-JOUK (poor), 1566-HLAZ (fair-good) and 1575-VOA (fair) showed up with any audio. On the other hand the low band signals from 603-HLSA and 657-Pyongyang were the best Asian signals all morning, and 657-Pyongyang's signal was its strongest of the month. Both stations sounded pretty vibrant on the C.Crane SWP Slider model (with its relatively good narrow filte!
 r audio).
