At 0300 WABH is audible here but playing back Perseus the noise
continues in momentary WABH silences, so noise isn't apparently linked
to volume levels.

1380 is difficult here unless conditions are very good due to high
powered French stn on 1377,
two receivers required i guess....
A bizzare effect, and heard in UK this am again..
