[IRCA] get up and DX

Looks like an interesting morning out there......

Someone thundering in on 1116,  best on  north Flag,   nice ID at 
1500UT after western style pop mx, presumably telling me it's 
CNR5...but there seem to a number of other interesting signals from 
top to bottom of the band.
