[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 16 Jan 2014

      Things were somewhat improved here in southern Alberta as well, 
though apparently not as markedly as on the coast.   Had weak audio on 
1566 from Korea and 1593 from presumed China, both right around 1500. 
A decent carrier on 1503, but no audio here.   Not a lot happening lower 
on the band, though the 774 and 693 carriers were not far off audio at 
times.
