I'm aware of two in the midwest:
KGRN (1410 Khz, 500/50 Watts, Grinnell IA ND2 U). Content: music, news,
sports, etc.
WLS (890 Khz, 50KW U, Chicago) This one is odd, since they have been
news/talk since (I think)1989, with a "hi-fi" analog signal. . Interestly,
they still have the old Top 40 jingles (minus "Musicradio" 'w -LL -s') in
stereo.
Radio: 1994 Buick C-QUAM/Hazeltine AM Stereo capable.
PS: Three Clear Channel stations in this area
WHO Des Moines IA, 1040 Khz, 50 KW, U; (News/Talk)
WMT Cedar Rapids IA, 600 Khz, 5 KW ND2 U (News/Talk)
and KXIC, Iowa City, IA(800 Khz, DA2 U 1KW/200 (News/Talk) about six
months ago (I think simultaneously) "pulled the plug" on IBOC and all are
broadcasting a high quality, "hi-fi" analog signal.
