Good morning,

Listened from 501-1553 utc. Upper channels had the best signal this morning. Couple of Chinese stations were heard along with 3 unknown stations. Caught the last few notes of NHK2 music box sign off from JOUB. First time this year that I have been able to hear it. 

209    ALASKA, Yakataga, CYT 1501 very weak signal with weather forecast. Sky wire loop.  01/13/2014

529    ALASKA, Level Island,  1502 very weak signal with weather forecast  NW ewe. 01/13/2014

594   JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1504 very weak signal with Japanese soon faded. NW ewe. 01/13/2014

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Namyang, 1521 weak signal with guitar music. Fair signal at 1543. Sky wire loop.  01/14/2014  

648    RUSSIA, VOR  1540 very weak signal with woman speaker. Fair at 1540 with male speaker. NW ewe. 01/14/2014
774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1523 fair signal  with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. End of music box at 1544. 01/14/2014

972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA KBS 1524 very weak signal with man in Korean, Heavy splatter. NW ewe. 01/14/2014

1377  UNKNOWN, 1526 very weak signal with man speaker. Moderate splatter. Also heard 10/28/2014  NW ewe. 01/14/2014

1422   JAPAN, Yokohama, JORF RF, RF Radio Nippon 1537 weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. 01/14/2014

1458   CHINA, Nei Menggu 1534 assuming the station with very weak signal. Moderate splatter.NW ewe. 01/14/2014

1467  JAPAN, NHK2 JO?? 1533 assuming one of the low power Japanese stations. Poor signal. NW ewe. 01/14/2014

1503   JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1530 very weak signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 01/14//2014

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1511 strong  signal with man in Chinese. NW ewe. 01/13/2014

1575 THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1512 good signal with man in Asian language. NW ewe. 01/13/2014

1575  UNKNOWN, 1512 station mixing the VOA signal. Seemed like DU English. NW ewe. 01/13/2014
1584  UNKNOWN, 1547 strong het with threshold audio at times. NW ewe. 01/14/2014
1593   CHINA, Changzhou CNR1 1518 fair signal with woman in Chinese. Still around at 1549. NW ewe. KOHI splatter. 01/13/2014
