Just went to look at the www.radioheritage.net/pal.asp and got the
following error message:

No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.        Huhhh?
I know that there have been funding issues, but hopefully a temporary
issue.  My last PAL dates from April 2013.    73,....Walt
