Wellll...no 1575 today, and there was practically no sunrise
enhancement. Best signals near the top of the band, and before 1430UT
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ s/off of JJ program 1344UT, usual piano mx, "oyasumi nasai"
by a woman, followed by full ID before the carrier cut.
1593 CNR1 woman in CC 1351UT; by 1400UT it was a bit weaker, but CNR1
pips and recognized the news sounder later
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ woman in CC 1545UT, nearest to sunrise enhancement that we
got today. Easily as strong with two women in CC at 1347UT shortly
after the CC program s/on
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK assumed w/female vocal mx 1552UT, earlier w/woman talking,
could have been JJ, but not sure
774 JOUB pips at 1300UT and into wx report by man
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
the above, passing through....
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
603 738 828 972 1098 1269 1278 1287 1314 1359 1413 1467 1548 (all
before 1430UT)
best wishes,
Nick
