[IRCA] TP 16 Dec, Victoria version

Well it was certainly the morning of 1566 and 1593, but not much else got too active. Lots of carriers though, and there was some action between 1340 and 1420UT or so.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

1566 HLAZ excellent JJ program sign off "oyasumi nasai" (good night) by lady, and full FEBC / HLAZeto ID 1343UT just before switching the pattern. Came back fairly well in CC, peaking at such times as 1406UT and 1538UT w/man and/or woman in CC, still pretty loud w/ female vocal 1557UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1593 CNR1 man in CC //6135 1540UT, and several times in the previous 90 minutes.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

HLAZ, CNR1, passing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

747 woman talking 1450UT, presumed JOIB
972 HLCA? woman talking perhaps KK inflection 1346UT
1116 unID pop mx 1354UT
1575 unID, man talking in murk 1547UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

828 1044 1098 1179 1188 1242 1251 1269 1278 1314 1323 1359 1422 1458 1476 1557 1584

best wishes,

Nick
