[IRCA] WKAL-1450 DX test heard in Maryland

WKAL-1450 test made it here to Bowie, Maryland, C-Crane radio, 425 miles from Rome, NY.  In the mud generally but did occasionally peak a bit, only
the code made it through, heard an "NY" very clearly on one stretch, heard 1:01-1:03 and then 1:33-1:37 AM, EST, unid. sports station and station
playing Christmas music also in the mess.
