It is not KTHE, although it sounds like it. Checking the FCC"s CDBS
Database, KTHE request Silent Authority on 5/31/2013 and while it wasn't
granted, it also wasnt denied.... there's no indication they're back on or
that their off.

Right before the call letters, I heard something about "Heritage------
River-----" it sounds like 4 words..  Not sure whats between Heritage and
River, but after River.. it sounds like "Coast" and i almost swear there is
a URL given out.. and then a mention of "... radio station", like it's
mentioning the owner's name.
