[IRCA] 540 alert re WKFN and KMLB etc

DXers in NE and MN have reported KMLB Louisiana at night, possibly running 4KW daytime power - or at least something awry there providing us with a DX opportunity.

That may be in part because WKFN TN (ESPN) is now running its proper night-time pattern and power. I notified them something was awry and had a very gracious exchange with someone there - they said they appreciated my letting them know. A couple of nights listening last week led me to suspect they'd corrected the situation, and an e-mail received this morning confirmed that.

So that gave us DXers a nice run for several months for WKFN, and now we can monitor 540 for whatever else might lurk on the channel. Perhaps KMLB will be with us for awhile? Last week, with WKFN back to normal, I've heard Iowa, Regina, Islip NY and the French CBC station out of New Brunswick.

Go get 'em...
