[IRCA] TP 7 Dec, Victoria version

Practically nothing until 1520UT, then quite an "interesting" opening 
until about 1545UT.   Lots of carriers, and several channels with a 
froth of audios, so that nothing could be distinguished.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

1566 HLAZ although heard earlier (1414UT) fairly well w/woman in CC, 
this waited until 1543UT to really pound on the walls with female EE 
vocal.  Held in fairly well to 1600UT
1575 VoA heard at 1530UT fairly weakly with VoA ID, but maxed out 
1543UT w/woman in SE Asian language


Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1593 CNR1 another ID'd at lower strength woman in CC //6125 1537UT, 
but  maxed out with woman talking 1541UT.



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:


1278 JOFR presumed w/ JJ talk by man, but woman in CC kept trading 
places 1534UT.


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

612 man talking 1403UT, maybe DU EE inflection
756 man talking DU EE inflection 1506UT
774 two stations both with man talking 1521UT
972 man talking, very erratic fading 1513UT
1134 few chords and man talking calmly so maybe Korean? 1525UT
1188 HLKX possibly with brief bit of Christian sounding choral mx 1524UT
1296 woman talking and bits of music, too murky to guess at language
1386 unID man talking quickly, didn't sound NHK2ish 1345UT

1494 man and woman talking 1542UT, seemed //1278, so maybe JOYR, but 
actually not listed to have All Night Nippon at the same time 
according to PAL. Indeed PAL doesn't show ANN to be on at this time, 
but ANN website says that they broadcast  from 23:30 JT onwards 
(1430UT) Saturday night...and how would I find the affiliates that 
take it at that time??

1557 Taiwan?   female vocal pop mx 1528UT, slow singing 1544UT, but 
maybe another station w/woman talking?


Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
