[IRCA] Alberta TP for 4 Dec 2013

     My results here were very similar to what Bruce reported, with the 
same 3 stations producing audio.  In my case 1575 VOA and 1593 CNR1 both 
reached fair audio, but only for a very brief period, around 1435-1445. 
 The Korean on 1566 was poor at best, peaking at about the same time. 
And that was it.
