[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 12-2

A very short listening session during sunrise enhancement this morning (1530-1545) revealed some anemic high-band Asians, although the results were more Chinese-oriented than those reported by Dennis. 1377-CNR1 (fair), 1503-JOUK (fair), 1575-VOA (poor) and 1593-CNR1 (fair to good) were all in and out with short-cycle fades during this period, while the low band TP's were already comatose. This has been the pattern here for the past few days, with 1593-CNR1 leading the high-band Asians with moderate signals whenever the TP's rise up during sunrise enhancement.
