[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 18 Nov 2013

     The only place to go from yesterday was up, and today was up, at 
least a little.   Still not much from the regular Japanese powerhouses, 
but 1566 Korea and 1575 VOA Thailand both put in an appearance today. 
VOA was in audio from 1345 to 1415 or so, never overly strong, but 
pretty steady.  Korea had a different pattern, coming from nothing at 
1400 to quite good by 1430.  Local sunrise is around 1440 these days.
