[IRCA] TP 12 Nov, Victoria version

Some extreme minimalist DXing led to the following:

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

robust guffaws

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

738 Tahiti, the star of the morning in a very limited field. Man in FF 1341-3UT, leading into FF pop mx; woman in FF also 1421-3UT, also leading into pop mx

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Tahiti breezing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 JOAK likely woman talking, NHK pips at 1300UT, into interlude of mx
774 JOUB woman talking //828 1319UT, break out for ID at 1320UT, then back to parallel talk. All pretty low quality, the call IDs would be strictly on cadence.
828 JOBB as above
1566 HLAZ likely, choral mx 1324UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):648

747 891 909 1008

best wishes,

Nick
