[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-8

Hello All,

Asian signals sounded pretty ghostly this morning, with their worst performance since Halloween. From 1315-1430 a die-hard collection of big guns on 594, 693, 774, 828 and 972 took turns managing poor to fair audio, with almost all of the second-tier Asians staying well down in the noise. 603-HLSA and 738-BEL2 managed some anemic audio for a few seconds each, but you had to be extremely lucky to catch it. The overall situation was pretty miserable, and quite a severe drop off from the excellent conditions earlier this week.
