Listened from 1420-1439 utc. Trick or Treat, it was a trick condition wise. Only one good signal on the MW band. VOA 1572. JOUK 1503 was the only second tier station heard this morning.

594   JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1420 weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. 10/31/2013

693    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOBB NHK2 1433 very weak signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 10/31/2013

774   JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1422 very weak signal man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/31/2013

972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA KBS 1424 fair signal with music. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/31/2013

1503 JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1447 very weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. 10/31/2013

1566 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1428 poor signal with bit of audio heard. NW ewe. 10/31/2013

1575 THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1410-1419 good signal with woman in Asian language .NW ewe. 10/31/2013
