[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX Report 10/30/13

There was no sign of TP DX until 1224 when 774 JOUB faded in with an English lesson.  It was the only station received this morning, not fading out until 1301 (LSR 1252).  The signal strength was fair at 1254 to 1257.  There was a trace of the signal heard until 1308.

Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7-inch FSL.

Good DX.
