Listened from 1337 to 1457 utc. Much more Chinese stations than usual. Even 657 produced some very weak audio, they been having a off season here this fall.

189    RUSSIA, Petropavlovsk, Radio Rossii 1338 good signal with piano music. Active whip. 10/29/2013

279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1340 fair signal with man in Russian. Active whip. 10/29/2013

558   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLQH 1413 very weak signal with man in Korean. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/29/2013

567   JAPAN, Sapporo, JOIK NHK1 1415 fair signal with male speaker. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/29/2013

594   JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1417 weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. 10/29/2013
