[IRCA] TP's at 1600 utc hour

Good morning,

JOAK 594 and VOA 1575 still had audio during the early 1600 utc hour. VOA faded out around 1602 and JOAK lasted until 1606 utc. HLAZ 1566 lasedt until 1556 utc being leaving. 
I did not DX earlier (1300-1400 utc).
