[IRCA] 1030 WONQ FL - French - huge last night > ON

>From downtown Toronto at 0210-0300, mostly dominating WBZ on my Tecsun ULR, had French music with no IDs between songs. Suspected WONQ as has been reported doing French in past. At 0249 a female ancr said "Radio Diffusion de..." and a word that was either Oviedo or Orlando. The first spoken word hear the entire time. At the top of the hour a man gave a somewhat legal ID, from which I heard "WONQ Oviedo".

That's new to my Toronto log and needed from Burnt River ON. It's been on my radar, thanks to DXers like Robert Ross who reported it awhile ago, also on a ULR, from London ON. 

Signal unbelievably huge. 45,000 say or 1,700 night watts? No question the latter or something close to it. It was for the most part better than WBZ.

Sigs good to south. I heard "Dominicana" in Spanish talk on 900 under CHML.
