Listened from 1349-1436 utc. 890 with NPR programming over a fading CJDC and unknown Spanish station with Mexican music. Many NPR mentions and dominated most of the ten minutes I listened. Thanks to Bruce for his posting on 10/17. If I can catch a ID will be a new station here.
