Re: [IRCA] B-P-B-P Mystery station on 680 KHz

Just received a fascinating recording from famed DX'er Hannu Tikkanen, ...
... But clearest of all is a Morse Code identification at about five words per minute. It sends out B-P-B-P in a four letter group.

When I was working briefly in Moscow around 1991, I'd brought the Realistic 12-655 receiver. I did hear a number of beacons in the lower AM band. 680 was definitely in that group. Russian stations were above that. Don't remember specifics, but they do have beacons where other places have stations.
