After the geomagnetic upset, I was expecting a bit of DU action this
morning, but it seemed there was just a general suppression of all
signals. The only audio, surprisingly, was from a couple of the
Japanese big guns.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
not again
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK Japanese male speaking 1410UT
774 JOUB vowel sounds, CC lessons 1412UT (best on N. Flag, less
splatter), continued weakly for about 5 more minutes
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
828 JOBB? could have been CC lessons, hard to tell. On N. Flag also,
so unlikely DU.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
738 612 891
best wishes,
Nick
