TP conditions were slightly better this morning.

693 JOAB (?) trace of signal noted at 1229.
747 JOIB, poor, man & woman talking at 1202-1207.
774 JOUB, poor, man in JJ, at 1152.  Again at 1232 (LSR) with barely audible signal.
972 HLCA(?) strong het, no audio at 1215.
1053 ROK Jammer, fair at 1220.  Best signal of morning.
1134 unID, barely audible, unreadable, at 1223.

Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7-inch FSL.
