[IRCA] Seattle TPs October 4

Today's DX here was almost a repeat of yesterday's.

I had weak audio from two TP stations:

1575    VOA, woman in SEA language 1404
1602    NHK2, the surprise of the morning with weak but very 
recognizable time pips 1400.  First audio of the season here.

Other than that, the low band NHK stations on 594 693 747 and 774 showed 
up as feeble carriers for a few minutes at about 1525. There were also a 
few tantalizing carriers on 1503 1512 1548 1557 and 1566 at about 1400, 
but no audio was noted.
