[IRCA] ULR...new station logged 10/4/13

Thanks to Glenn Hauser's lastest Domestic MWDX report, I was able to add another station to my ULR log this morning.

10/4/13
1245 GMT 1270 kHz, Liberal KS  (5 kW at 288 km/197 mi).  Talk about Liberal High School Redskins football.  Difficult to hear through QRM from KRVT, 
Claremore OK (1 kW at 156 km/97 mi).  Signal fade out at 1255.  ULR station #1028 (barefoot #1014).

Receiver: Sony SRF-T615.
