[IRCA] TP 1 Oct; Victoria version

Part of a slow deterioration (shortly to become more drastic judging 
by the recent burp in the solar wind), but still some reasonable 
signals if you hunted (quite fertile territory around 1400UT if one 
had the time; more Chinese than yesterday).    Just way too erratic, 
and too much domestic splatter to be entirely pleasant 
however.  Congratulations to Michael for getting into the thick of 
things right away; note, it's not always like this.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

711 man talking in splash, too much to make much out of it 1309UT
837 group singing not //594 1357UT; CC sounding man heard earlier at 1340UT

1251 CNR1....took some effort, but this seemed //639 and 981 with a 
slight offset  1350UT
