It wasn't a bad morning, with a definite Japanese tilt....just a bit 
spoiled by yesterday I guess, and there did seem to be a lot of 
domestic splatter this morning.    But hearing 1269 here is always a 
sign of pretty reasonable conditions.     There was also a lot 
happening around 1350UT, but haven't got time to fine tooth comb the 
recording...

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

567 JOIK woman in JJ 1343UT //594
594 JOAK man in JJ 1351UT, traffic noise in background
747 JOIB CC lessons 1349UT
774 JOUB man in JJ 1335UT
828 JOBB vowel sounds 1337UT

Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

963 CRI string music leading up to chimes and fanfare on the houre, 1358UT
1053 the usual 1347UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

648 man talking, sounding vaguely DU EE 1403UT
702 woman talking, didn't seem //NHK2, 1349UT, off channel so 
possibly N. Korea?
738 man talking but seemed FF rather than CC inflection 1354UT
918 CC inflected talk by man 1359UT, only heard the high pip on the hour.
954 man talking JJ inflection
1017 woman talking KK inflection? 1349UT
1134 woman talking and laughing JJ? 1406UT
1242 woman talking 1340 JJ inflection 1340UT
