Hi Saul, I know you have a lake to your west, but you can put down BOGs to the east anytime. I'd recommend putting down another BOG easterly and phasing WBZ to death. KDUN was in here with an old oldie from about 2228-2230:15 EDT when they switched. Of course it helps to be several hundred miles closer. 

CX are good (not great to west, just good) and as expected SSS this time of the month is quite good. As usual KOMO backgrounds LOCAL WMVP in these SSS cx just prior to 2230 EDT.
