[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/24/13
Only one TP Signal was heard here this morning.
774 JOUB was heard briefly. The signal fading in at 1158, peaking at poor strength at 1204, fading out at 1207.
Receiver: PL-310 with Quantum QX Loop.
