At first glance, not as good as yesterday overall as Bruce observed, 
with an emphasis on Japan versus further afield.   But, with work, 
there seemed to be quite a lot there, just very erratic and 
temporary, and the regulars peaked stronger here than yesterday.  So 
the reported signal levels here are peak, soon to return to the murk 
in many cases.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

594 JOAK woman in JJ 1311UT
774 JOUB EE lessons 1323UT, disquisition upon Elvis Presley, geezer 
waxing enthusiastic to the lack of comprehension of someone younger.
828 JOBB man w/wx report JJ 1313UT
972 HLCA lively KK pop mx, female singer 1336UT ...then people in the 
studio starting singing along with the recording, followed by 
snippets of studio singing after recording concluded....HLCA 
continues to be the fun station of the morning hours
1566 HLAZ man in JJ 1305UT; woman in JJ 1325UT


Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):


279 R. Rossii man in RR 1306UT
657 Pyongyang Pangsong   operatic singing after KK talk by woman 
1338UT seemed //3250 which was much weaker
693 JOAB EE lesson (EE stands for Elvis today) 1326UT; CBU-690 
running quiet programming, and fine adjustment of Flag termination 
let this through.
891 JOHK woman in JJ //594 1341UT
954 JOKR woman in JJ after quiet mx  1347UT
1053 KK jammer 1314UT and other times I'm sure, but this just doesn't 
have the charm of HLCA, so I don't stick around
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1323UT, 1348UT, probably other times
1575 VoA man in SE Asian language, then woman 1322UT,



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK man in JJ //594 1301UT
576 likely 2RN; surprise of the morning, fade up 1345UT quiet 
orchestral mx, again 1350UT, and at 1353UT, man in DU EE.  No other DU's noted
603 HLSA man in KK 1328UT
747 JOIB man w/wx broadcast 1317UT; I'm sure this must have been 
stronger at some point, but I didn't catch it.


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

603 unID jammer, messing with HLSA while looking for 558 //
