[IRCA] Possible cable internet noise??

Tonight I took a portable out to the cable box in my neighbor's yard
(now moved) and across the street where the main box is and ran the
portable right next to the boxes and I did not detect any noise that I
could tell. At least no wide band noise. I was on 600 kHz which is
fairly clear frequency with no stations in the NW. The nearest is SASK
or MT. Both are weak here. I did not check out the whole band, but
nohing noted on 600. I get more TVI from my own TV in the house! Maybe I
have nothing to worry about. Since Charter Cable has to run the cable
around to the far side of the house to where the power ground is, they
run is across the front of the yard and back behind the house, a run of
about 80 feet. But it will be buried. Hopefully no issues. The TVI noise
I get from homes with cable may be the TV set itself radiating. It may
be another week or more before they will run the drop and then into the
house. But at least I did not notice any noise out by the Charter boxes.
I fiqure that is a good sign.
