[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-19

Hello All,

Asian propagation dropped off somewhat compared to yesterday here, as vibrant audio was pretty much limited to several TP big guns. The best of the bunch were a couple of Koreans (972 and 1053) around 1320, although the Japanese on 594, 747, 774 and 828 had their own brief moments of good strength. 657, 693, 1134, 1287 and 1566 were struggling to stay in audio, as were the second-tier TP's of 603-HLSA and 738-Taiwan. Usual September regular 558-HLQH was down in the noise, as were 639-CNR1 and 648-VOR. The high band was especially anemic this morning, with almost nothing showing up in strength.

There were very few unusual TP's showing up this morning, but one exception was 657-China (Henan?) making a very brief appearance around 1335 to mix with Pyongyang's ancient music in a low-level snarl. Despite hopes that the Chinese station would rise up in strength to dramatically drown out the NK martial music (as happened here two years ago), both stations fizzled out into the noise as sunrise enhancement collapsed (prematurely). It was a pretty lackluster session overall, with little excitement to offer.
