[IRCA] TP DX for September 17

It was kind of a lackluster day today, or at least a big drop in quality 
from yesterday.  I had pretty good audio on 774 and 972, and fair-poor 
audio on 594 693 738 757 756 891(Japan //594) 963 981 1053 1206(its best 
appearance of the season) 1566 & 1575, along with a few weak carriers.

Not much to rave about, I'm afraid.
