[IRCA] Friday the 13th TP DX

Conditions were down noticeably today, compared to the past couple of days. The exceptions were JOUB-774, and a few mostly unid stations next to strong locals. For some reason, I had better than normal signals on 819 945 954 1089 and 1593, all of which were pretty much buried by strong splash from Seattle stations, and at best produced a few syllables here and there. Otherwise, there wasn't much to excite me.

Really great audio
774 JOUB, weather, local ID 1320, then EE lessons
972 KBS, man & woman in KK 1319
1566 HLAZ, Animated discussion, possibly radio drama 1322, good on peaks but widely varying signal

Mid quality audio
747 JOIB CC lessons 1334
954 JOKR, a few syllables of female JJ sometimes came through 1313 during unrelenting KJR splash
1053 jammer

Marginal audio
594 JOAK JJ talk 1335
693 JOAB JJ talk (part of CC lesson) 1333
945 Maybe a few morsels of audio at times in the KJR splash, CNR1?
981 CNR1
1017 talk, KK-like inflections, probably CRI
1089 decent carrier, possible audio tantalizing me amongst the splatter from 50kw local KFNQ-1090
1170 time pips u/KPUG 1300
1287 JJ talk 1316
1575 male talk 1320
1593 good carrier, maybe some CC talk, maybe not. It was hard to tell in the "Freedom 1590" splatter.

Carriers - 603 621 648 657 801 819 828 855(2 carriers, one on 854.9) 864 891 918 927 936 963 1026 1035 1071 1098 1134 1143 1161 1205.95 1242 1323 1476
