[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/13/13

I listened at 1133-1214 today (LSR at 1212).  

774 JOUB, poor signal strength, man talking in JJ at 1144-1151.  Time pips heard through QRM at 1200.
828 JOBB?, slight het was heard at 1209-1211.
972 HLCA?, slight het observed at 1133.

Overall it was a poor morning for TP DX here.

Receiver:  PL-310 with 7.5-inch ferrite loop.
