[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/12/13

I listened from 1132 to 1218 today (LSR at 1211).

The only audio heard was a poor signal from JOUB 774 between 1140 and 1159.

There was a trace of a signal on 747 (JOIB?) at 1146-1150.

A slight het was noted on 828 (JOBB?) at 1208.

There was also a weak het on 702 from wsw (2BL?) at 1213-1215.  Too much QRM from XEGD 700.

Receiver:  PL-310 with 7.5-inch ferrite loop and 7-inch FSL
