Not as good a morning today in general, although 1539, even if unID,
is not to be sneezed at. The main interest was around 1300UT, with
an emphasis on DU.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
not here either
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
279 R. Rossii man in RR 1144UT
612 4QR woman talking DU EE, then man. Had seemed //1548 at 1301,
though offset somewhat from each other.
738 presumed Tahiti, slow island style vocal 1220UT
1539 DU EE sounding man at 1258UT more and more excited (racing?),
then definite EE with scores of some kind after the hour. Nothing
useful across the hour, but Radio Tab seems likely.
1548 4QD woman in DU EE then man, then woman again 1301UT, mostly
mangled by splatter.
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
153 R. Rossii, woman talking //279 1146UT,
765 man talking, second man interviewing him? DU EE inflection? 1306UT
1008 woman talking, too much splash to guess at language 1304UT
1566 woman talking 1233UT, likely HLAZ
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
180 567 675 684 702 774 828 918 963 972 1161 1323 1611 1638
best wishes,
Nick
