Strictly Asian morning here in Kalama. Strongest signal was HLAZ 1566 throughout the morning. A lot of noise on the long wave band. 

153    RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii 1156 very weak signal with woman in Russian. Active whip. 08/17/2013


180    RUSSIA, Yelizovo, Radio Rossii 1158 very weak signal with music. W-SW ewe. 08/17/2013


279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1200 weak signal with 5+1 pips followed by woman in Russian. Active whip. 08/17/2013


774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1222-1226 poor to very weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe.  083/17/2013


1053   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1247 jammer with weak signal. NW ewe. 08/17/2013


1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1218 good signal with man in English with translation to Chinese. NW ewe.  08/17/2013


1575   THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1231 weak signal with man in Asian language. NW ewe.  08/17/2013
