[IRCA] TP 5 Aug; Victoria version

It might have been a good morning on the coast, as there were a lot of carriers with "near audio", i.e. it could have been talk or music, or it could have been a peculiar round of splatter, but it was a good strength carrier.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 3WV woman talking //594 at 1231UT
612 4QR woman talking 1231UT, DU EE inflection //594; back for a reprise at 1256UT 846 man mumbling 1239UT, seemed to match even weaker mumbling on 576, if so, 2RN
891 man talking DU EE inflection 1242UT
1503 woman talking DU EE inflection, then man, 1201-1205UT and other times in the next 45 minutes 1566 HLAZ "what a friend I have in Jesus" piano 1230UT as pattern changed towards Japan, battling with local noise

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

738 756 765 774 792 819 828 909 1008 1116 1179 1278 1332 1377 1476 1548 1575 1584 1593 1602 1611

best wishes,

Nick
